SEATTLE, Sept. 19, 2016 /PR Newswire/ — Seattle-based Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) announced plans today to open a Nordstrom Rack at Shoppes at Belmont in Lancaster County, Pa. The 25,000-square-foot store is scheduled to open in spring 2018. The project is being developed by Manbel Devco I, Limited Partnership and leased and managed by R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc.
Shoppes at Belmont will be conveniently located at the southeast corner of U.S. Route 30 and Fruitville Pike. Nordstrom Rack will join Whole Foods, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michaels, and Ulta Beauty.

Today the company serves customers at four Racks and two full-line Nordstrom stores in Pennsylvania.
